Farfalla Viola is a family business, safeguarded by Sam (25), Juliette (55) and Lars (54) together with our animals, amazing workawayers, worldwide guests & Sardinian locals. Here, life is simple, the ab-normal is normal and we invite you to un-learn. We host retreats, work one-on-one with clients, welcome volunteers, experiment with co-living and offer artist residencies. At the Viola we savor the rawness of life: adventure, pain, laughs, dance, tears, nature, commitment, transforming trauma, wilderness and diving deep. Our home is a safe sanctuary in Northern Sardinia just outside the quaint town of Tempio Pausania, including: 3 acres of forested land full of wild beauty, boulders and fruit trees. Two living rooms, each with its own fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms and four bedrooms. A spacious yoga studio for movement & dance. We’re expanding next year with bell tents and camping spaces to accommodate even more explorers and creators. Our family-run project blends neuroplasticity, grounded spirituality, entrepreneurship, agriculture and embodying your truth in a playful and deep manner. It’s easy to say, but simply relaxing on vacation often isn’t enough to truly reconnect with yourself.
