FAST was formed under the ambit of the Ministry of Manpower. It is a non-profit organization which promotes social support, work-life balance and skills training for Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs). We offer developmental courses, befriending service and a 24-hour Helpline for MDWs in Singapore.
