Paul Willis is a Certified Maxwell Team Member and Certified Coach, and has spent over a quarter-century in leading America's Finest in the U.S. Navy as an Officer. His background in Computer Engineering from Penn State University and affection for tech in the workplace is coupled with the Business Background of an MBA from the University of Washington. Paul has served as an Executive Pastor at two large churches and is the Chief Operating Officer in a multi-million dollar remodeling firm in Seattle. He has served on multiple non-profit boards and has helped many organizations grow in their leadership, culture, and business acumen.
