Favorite was born out of two key insights: 1) Founders understand good design is key to accelerating user adoption (and ultimately revenue), but usually find themselves obliged to focus on other growth areas. Often, the outcome is their target audience being exposed to subpar product design during initial releases, undermining the ability to create "stickiness" with users. 2) Founders are not often design specialists themselves, and have a hard time finding high quality, trustworthy product design services that are friendly to their limited budgets.
