FDR is a research, evaluation, training & data/knowledge management consulting firm based in Greater Toronto area, the National Capital Region of Canada, and Southern Ontario with an outreach to Washington DC & globally. FDR founders/managing partners are driven by the problem of reliability of data collection and analysis from the perspective of “under-privilege” & aim to help governmental, non-for-profit and corporate partners to achieve sustainability and maximum impact based on reliable and innovative knowledge production. Prior to the FDR inception, all Managing Partners and affiliated consultants worked on a series of projects in Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America & conducted over 100 engineering and economic/econometric plans, gender assessments and audits, program evaluations, and research reports across Canada, US and internationally. We had developed multiple knowledge platforms and mobilized innovative expertise from private and public sector partners as well as academia.
