Fearless Fitness DFW offers a number of health and fitnesses services to women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. We focus on holistic health; meaning we work to balance physical, mental, and emotional health. Our motto is, "Be Your Own Fit." This means we want you to learn your body, what it needs, and how to treat it. We simply provide you the tools and skills to make health and fitness a lifestyle that fits you. Whether you are starting your health and fitness journey or advancing to the next level, we have a place for you. Our Health and Fitness Services are tiered to fit specific needs. We offer the following services: Glutes and Guns Class- A fully choreographed full body workout with resistance bands and dumbbells Semi- Personal Training- Clients perform at their specific fitness level and work closely with a trainer to set fitness goals, and develop skills for everyday actions to achieve set goals. Clients exercise in a small group setting. Personal Training- Clients work one-on-one with a trainer to set fitness goals and develop skills for everyday action to achieve set goals. Trainer evaluates client needs, and customize workout to the needs. Health Coaching- Sessions are designed to use outcome-based skills and practices to create long term health behavior changes. Health coaching teaches fundamentals of physical, mental, emotional health and nutrition. Aiding in the eliminating/ and or preventing of health risks and concerns.
