Our functional umami flavor ingredients are an enabling technology for succeeding in creating delicious and nutritious plant-based, hybrid, and organic food products, contributing to the green transition of our food system. Our bioprocessing technology can create functional flavor ingredients that are based on a single input of any type of legume seed. Legume seeds provide the micronutrients that enable microorganisms to act as micro-factories, producing essential components for our ingredients’ functionalities. Legumes facilitate soil health being nitrogen-fixing plants and reducing the need for synthetic fertilizers that require large amounts of energy to be produced.
No GMO and toxic chemicals are added in our production process, we use the whole legume seed and no food waste stream is generated. Our products offer competitive prices and functionality to existing solutions while featuring consumer-friendly labeling and are all organic.
