We are a proud women-owned and BIPOC-led company. Our diverse team brings unique lived mindfulness perspectives, enabling us to better serve our clients.
Our founders met as colleagues from their shared passion for mindfulness. Together, they hosted voluntary mindfulness and wellness workshops that ignited a spark of curiosity and eagerness to learn amongst their peers. This led to the start of Feelin’ Good.
We've experienced corporate burnout first hand and understand the many challenges. Whether it's being unable to switch off after work, handling imposter syndrome, connecting with coworkers while working remotely—you name it, we've been there.
