Our goal is to create a world where women can experience a better and more empowered life by providing them avenues to enhance skills and knowledge, networking, and social engagement. Women are the backbone of a country and reflect its strength. In this project, French and Japanese women gather to create a culture of freedom. Our global network of women support others who are hesitant to climb the steps by helping them realize their full potential by shattering the glass ceiling.
