Clavius

Clavius purpose is to own, manage, develop, and trade with shares, units, bonds, other securities, and properties, both directly and indirectly through subsidiaries and associated companies. Clavius shall also be able to participate in, and finance, the start-up, development, expansion, and restructuring of businesses within a range of sectors, including, but not limited to, financial services, technology, real estate, health, energy, industry, and consumer products. The company shall be able to enter into partnerships, joint ventures, and other forms of cooperation with other companies and organizations, both nationally and internationally. Clavius shall be able to provide loans to, and secure for, its subsidiaries and associated companies, as well as offer incentive schemes, such as option programs, to its employees, managers, and board members to promote long-term commitment and performance. In addition, Clavius shall be able to engage in research and development, training and education, and community involvement, as well as other activities that are compatible with these purposes, including, but not limited to, the purchase, sale, and development of intellectual property rights, and the purchase, sale, rental, and development of real estate.
