MAM has a strong focus on preservation of investor capital in an industry well known for its volatility. Since launching the first fund in 2015, MAM has employed a successful risk mitigating multi-segment strategy, and by staying independent from any deal provider, the team has full access to a strong deal flow through their large international network.
MAM manage and advise Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) that offer access to direct investments in the maritime industry and provide various strategies for both equity and private debt investments. In terms of equity, we engage in co-investments alongside reputable industrial shipowners, ensuring diversification across the most liquid shipping sectors. For private debt, our focus lies in providing direct ship financing to high-quality small & medium sized shipowners. In total, MAM has Assets Under Management (AUM) of USD 250 million.
