FESDIP, the Federation of Education and Skill Development Institutions and Personnel is established under Section 8 of company Act 2013 and licensed to act as a Not-for-Profit by Government of India. FESDIP has the mandate to work for the betterment of Education and Technical, Vocational Education and Training (TVET) / Skill Development ecosystem. The organization is currently Head Quartered at Delhi-NCR and will operate through its 7 regional offices across India. From functionality aspect, FESDIP will work towards : --Capacity Building of Institutions and Persons --Industry-Academia-Policy Maker alignment --Spread Awareness About Developments --Sensitize Establishments to leverage government and CSR backed initiatives -- Enhance participation of different stakeholders towards development of Education and Skill Development sector --Provide Networking Opportunity to its members --Facilitate establishment of Model Centers, Model Schools, Model Center of Excellence, Model Teacher Training Institutions, Learning Labs, Incubation Centers, R&D Labs --Support Government led Institutions working towards similar goals --Facilitate Collaborations --Facilitate domain specific events like Job Fairs, Conferences, Discussions, Surveys, Summits --Enabling Start-ups & Self Employment based ventures --Connect doers to the opportunities --Facilitate Industry in leveraging education and skill development initiatives for their growth and socio economic development Any person / for profit establishment / non profit organization working closely with Education, Technical, Vocational Education and Training (TVET), Professional Education, Skill Development or any Learning based industry can become member of the FESDIP by paying a requisite fee.
