At Ffotoneg Ltd we offer our customers a Design-to-Device (TM) service for their compound semiconductor photonics device development needs. We work primarily with partners in the South Wales Compound Semiconductor Cluster, where we can offer holistic design (including epitaxial growth and process engineering input), epitaxial material growth, process engineering, device fabrication, testing and characterisation, and packaging services.
