CEPI FGV Direito SP

O Centro de Ensino e Pesquisa em Inovação (CEPI) surge de uma experiência de 10 anos de diversas atividades ligadas a ensino e pesquisa na FGV Direito SP. Surgiu a partir da fusão entre o Grupo de Ensino e Pesquisa em Inovação (GEPI), braço da escola dedicado ao debate sobre a relação entre o direito e novas tecnologias, e o Núcleo de Metodologia de Ensino (NME), braço dedicado à formação docente, metodologia de ensino e ao desenvolvimento de estratégias de ensino para habilitar os alunos às exigências profissionais do século XXI. Nossas atividades visam promover: (i) a expansão da inserção de debates sobre o direito e novas tecnologias nos currículos de cursos jurídicos de graduação e pós-graduação; (ii) a intensificação dos impactos gerados pela pesquisa realizada dentro da instituição; e (iii) a qualificação de debates públicos, decisões judiciais e leis e regulamentos sobre questões relacionadas à agenda do direito e novas tecnologias. The Center for Education and Research in Innovation (CERI) is the result of an 10-year experience involving many activities linked to education and research in FGV Direito SP. It was formed by the merger between the Group for Education and Research in Innovation (GERI), university’s branch devoted to the debate concerning the relationship between law and new technologies, and the Education Methodology Center (EMC), branch devoted to the docent education, education methodology and to the development of new teaching strategies to enable the students to meet the professional demands of the 21st century. Our activities aim to promote: (i) the expansion of the insertion of debates regarding law and new technologies in the undergraduate and postgraduate law courses’ curricula; (ii) the reinforcement of the impacts caused by the research developed in the institution; and (iii) the enhancement of public debates, judicial decisions, law and regulations concerning issues related to the "law and new technologies" agenda.
