We specialise in medical devices for the Caribbean and Latin American Market, focusing on high quality brands and to projects like CSSD and in pharmacy automation systems to manage medication and supplies in the Healthcare industry. It was established in 2014, and it has exclusivity contracts with vendors from Europe and United States to sell in the Caribbean Region and in several countries of Latin America. We have offices in the USA, Peru and Argentina and with a strong commercial presence throughout South America (Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Brazil and Peru), we work together with Arcomed AG, Codonics, Farhos, Grifols, GPI and Steris providing solutions to health centers more important. STRATEGY: Our strategy consists in deliver to the customer a complete solution across the whole institution. Selecting technologies present around the world we have built a solid portfolio, so the customer has the possibility to deal with only one vendor for the whole process. Besides that, our solution is considered “modular”, so the clients do not have to buy the complete solution at once, that permit us to target even small institutions that cannot afford a complete solution but want to start growing step by step. We are a customer-oriented company, focusing on the long-time relationship and building and nurturing each day so they see us like a strategic partner instead of a regular vendor.
