Find Your Stoke is a registered non profit that utilises the healing properties of the ocean by providing safe, structured & inclusive Surf Therapy sessions to enhance the well-being of people with special needs along the coastline of South Africa.
Founded by multiple South African surfing champ and current 2020 SA Para Surfing Coach - Tasha Mentasti.
With more than 25 years worth of surfing knowledge and over a decade of surf coaching experience, Tasha is the lead Surf Therapist in the organisation.
