Tasha is driven by passion for the sport of surfing, having been involved for over three decades from competitor to coach, and judge to contest director.Combined with over 15 years of experience within the surf event industry working alongside the NF, key stakeholders and partners.Tasha has proven her ability to manage internationally sanctioned surfing events and complete diverse projects as well as achieve superior results in a variety of challenging and multicultural environments thanks to excellent communication, negotiating, planning and problem solving skills.A recognised ISA expert in the surf education sector, who offers her services globally to help educate and empower developing surfing nations.
