At Finding Resonance, we specialize in guiding teams and leaders through the intricate terrain of intersectional identities, organizational power dynamics, and internalized oppression. We guide values-driven leaders through a transformational process that liberates them from old paradigms and constant frustration, giving them new perspectives and orientations, new tools and approaches, and lots of support to be the systems change makers they want to be. Our holistic approach includes breathwork, movement/somatic release, and ceremony, along with education, meditation, and thought pattern reprogramming, inviting leaders to heal the internal wounds we all carry and walk fully in their power as changemakers. Our online community of Culture Crafters enjoy support and camaraderie as we endeavor to create a culture of peace, justice, connection, restoration, and well being in our lives, our organizations, our communities, and beyond, TOGETHER. Whether facilitating board meetings, providing staff trainings, or offering one-on-one coaching, we prioritize building authentic relationships, grounding our work in the truth of our hearts, and creating spaces where love and kindness are akin to justice and accountability.
