The mission of Finnwards is to help foreign professionals thrive in their lives abroad. We specialize particularly in helping internationals in Finland build a uniquely Finnish life for themselves and their families. We produce self-guided video courses on Finland, Finns, and Finnishness. These courses can be used in the attraction, recruitment, and retention of foreign professionals. They can also purchase these tutorials directly from us. Our training events help companies that want to increase the cross-cultural effectiveness of their employees either in relation to their customers or to each other. We also provide coaching and consulting services to internationals looking to find clarity in their new circumstances.
