Financial Internet Quarterly

The Financial Internet Quarterly (former known as Financial Internet Quarterly “e-Finanse”) is published by the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow (UITM) as a financial sector quarterly aimed mostly at people working in finance (representing both those in academia as well as those in business), but it also is aimed at other audiences such as students. It was created based on the conviction that (in the opinion of the editors) no such publication existed in Poland, devoted entirely to financial issues. The Internet-based format is a natural consequence of the possibilities for making use of new technologies which are provided by the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów as well as the increasing popularity of the Internet as a source of information. The quarterly’s Programme Council and Editiorial Board were established September 24, 2004 during a meeting of the National Central Bank of Poland in Warsaw, with the participation of President Leszek Balcerowicz. The Programme Council is made up of well-known professors representing various academic centers and specializations. The aim of this quarterly publication is the popularization of financial knowledge and the presentation of new ideas in this field. We publish articles covering a wide range of financial topics, including issues related to business finance, public finance, insurance, banking, accounting, capital markets and the legal aspects of financial management. Considering the fact that this quarterly is on-line, its range is global. It appears in English.
