Founder/CEO Jennifer Anderson has first-hand experience with the challenges that PTSD brings into all aspects of life. As the spouse of a medically retired police officer; she used life coaching as a way to move through the daily struggles of schedules, finances, and her marriage to create a deeper connection, stronger foundation, and thriving family life for her and her family.
“As a wife of a police officer for 15 years, I've lived firsthand through the struggles of the job. I used to feel exhausted with worry, saddened by our lack of connection, and was devastated when my husband was hospitalized due to PTSD(I), depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. Four years later, I feel energized with a renewed sense of hope for our marriage, for our family and our future. It's been a learning process and now I feel ready to share how and why our marriage survived with all of you!
