Clear was founded in 2017 as theCV.store to support the belief that everyone deserves to feel valued and fulfilled in their career and life. HOW CLEAR HELPS PEOPLE & COMPANIES: CLEAR AWARENESS & VALIDATION OF VALUE, VISION, & DIRECTION Big goals or life transitions can seem daunting. We need to remember that everyone has an inner badass that we can harness when we firmly understand what we want. Clear's mission is to objectively guide clients to see themselves, believe in themselves, and step into whom they need to be to get where they want to be. CLEAR POSITIONING & STRATEGY Knowing who we are and what we want is only part of the battle. For example, in a job search, we should preemptively prepare for all the directions we could head by understanding who can best use our value, who may be dealing with the problems we’ve solved, how to uncover these targets, and how we should approach them. CLEAR MESSAGING, BRAND STORYTELLING, & PROJECTION When communicating our story — we often focus on our past when it’s the future that matters. In the case of a job search, we should ask: “What does the hiring team need to see to see me as that role?” Accomplishing this takes clarity, context, and showcasing how you’ll move the needle. This formula also holds true for personal goals: By being or projecting the person we desire to be and doing the work to make it happen — we will certainly realize the life we intended to create. CLEAR THE WAY WITH ACTION, ACCOUNTABILITY, & CALIBRATION Could a salesperson make their quota without making a phone call or having a meeting? Sure, but it’s not likely.
