FIS Securities Limited is a multi-purpose financial intermediary, incorporated under the Company Act of 1968 as a Private Limited Liability Company in 1989 with an authorized and fully paid up share capital of N300,000,000.00 (Three Hundred Million Naira Only). The company is a dealing member of the Nigerian Exchange Group Limited and is also duly registered with Securities and Exchange Commission, as Stockbrokers, Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers. FIS Securities Limited commenced operation and trading on the floor of the Nigerian Exchange Group in January 1990 and has since maintained effective presence in the capital market. FIS Securities Limited has acted since 1998, as one of the stockbrokers approved as an authorized agent by the Central Bank of Nigeria to deal on Treasury bills and also Federal Government development bond broker in 1995. The company is also a dealing member of the NASD OTC Exchange and the newly established Lagos Commodities and futures Exchange (LCFE).
