Fit Kitchen

Fit Kitchen was founded by aesthetic bodybuilder, former fitness model and athlete Amar Lodhia. A former CEO of a national company and Number 10 advisor, Amar had a crammed diary and was regularly called on by the BBC News as a spokesperson on entrepreneurship and social issues facing young people at the last minute. As a young entrepreneur, keen to stay fit, Amar faced the common problem of eating healthy to support his fitness goals. Amar calculated that it took two hours out of his day, including the apportioned shopping time to prepare meals – time he just did not have. After studying sports nutrition and and whilst qualifying as a personal trainer, Amar launched Fit Kitchen in 2015 where he designed bespoke meal plans for a select group of customers who had approached him. He cooked their meals daily from his home kitchen and delivered them on a pay-as-you-go bike in the early hours of the morning all across London. He did this until the launch of the award-winning website, www.fitkitchen.uk.com, in March 2016 when his now business Tobias Kutting, a Sheraton trained chef combined his culinary expertise with Lodhia’s business model and Fit Kitchen v2.0 was born. Fit Kitchen caters for all dietary requirements including for vegetarians and vegans and is the perfect go to for those health conscious consumers who do not have time to cook. Fit Kitchen’s home delivery service launching is already UK wide, and will be coming to an area close to you as they expand across London through the Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat network for “within the hour” deliveries.
