EMS training utilizes electrical stimulation to activate your muscles. Your body's muscles are already naturally stimulated by electrical energy; this is how your nervous system functions. During EMS training, you wear a specially designed suit. This suit is equipped with electrodes placed along major muscle groups and is worn over lightweight exercise clothing. We'd like to emphasize that we offer wireless EMS fitness suits. In the FIT-VR concept, we combine EMS training with VR technology. This allows users to be in a virtual environment during exercise, providing both muscle activation and strengthening, as well as a deeper focus and motivation during workouts. Along with the effect of EMS causing muscles to contract more strongly, the VR experience makes exercises more effective and enjoyable.
