In just 6 weeks, we get the client in their best shape, learn healthy habits, and they in turn inspire others to do the same. We are one of a kind studio where in a one-hour session we offer Elements- HIIT, Strengthening, Kickboxing, and Animal-flow-based workouts that enable clients to burn anywhere between 600-1000 calories. We help clients march towards sustainable weight loss and lifestyle transformation by creating an inclusive community both online and offline. We provide an app where clients can monitor their heart rate and calorie burn through the heart rate monitors that we provide. We are also working on impact wrap technology to motivate clients to kick and punch the bags harder and score points on the leaderboard in our studio. We will be digitizing the tracking of points and usage of sensors to track the intensity of their workout. The unique consumer insight behind my product is a non-judgemental stress-buster workout session that is fun and not monotonous. No two class plans are the same! We are targeting up to 11 kgs / 6% body fat sustainable weight loss in just 6 weeks by focusing on their nutrition, fitness workouts, and mindset building by having an accountability coach on board. 1)We use INBODY body composition analysis, muscle fat analysis, obesity analysis, segmental lean analysis, body composition history, weight control, and impedance of our clients with data results being stored in an app that is easy to track and access on iOS/ Android. 2)We use Heart Rate Monitors and sensor tackers that offer a highly engaging dynamic fitness BlueTooth-enabled app experience that will enrich our members’ in-club experience and help them rack their performance benchmarks over time
