As part of the Group’s expansion and business diversification, FKS Land was established in 2002 to support the Group’s business performance through the establishment of Natura Industrial Estate warehousing and distribution centers that are located in Jakarta, Banjarmasin and Makassar. This initial success has brought the company to the real estate development business, developing a 700ha of modern township in Makassar called Tallasa City.
