Through PT Makassar Tene in Makasar, Tene has proven itself to be a pioneer by continually delivering a dependable supply of high-quality refined sugar at competitive prices, together with PT PDSU which has also proven to be a high quality refined sugar in Java. PT PDSU and PT Makassar Tene currently employs over 550 monthly rated employees and more than 150 outsourced personnel. By consistently upgrading its equipment and infrastructure, both refineries successfully obtained the ISO 22000 : 2005 (Food Safety Management System) certification in 2009.
