Flavium provides advisory services to governments, NGOs, and companies around migration, forced displacement, climate change adaptation, crisis-related land and property issues, humanitarian assistance, peacebuilding, and organisational leadership and strategy. Services are provided exclusively by professionals with a track-record of successful, hands-on operational and/or leadership experience in their areas of specialisation. Services including the formulation and appraisal of strategies, programmes, policies, and action plans; the development and provision of training; coaching; and on-the-ground implementation support.
