In house design and manufacture of plastic non-structural products includes vacuum / thermoformed components such as interior panels, seat components, meal trays, fittings, document holders, trims, facias, surrounds, thresh-holds, mirrors, acrylic and plastic aircraft grade windows, lenses and other transparent products.
Approvals: AS 9100D & EASA approved Part 21G & Part 145 manufacturer. Cyber Essentials accreditated.
Distribution, Sourcing & Supply, Just In Time Contracts, Obsolescence Management & Vendor Managed Inventory. Supplying Bearings & Hinges, Connectors & Lighting, Latches & Drawer Slides, Batteries, Aircraft Interior Parts & Consumables, Polycarbonate & Plexiglass. Expanding to other market sectors for both distributed and manufactured product ranges; including rail and marine.
Experience: in supplying major Airlines, MRO’s and Military Aerospace and Defence companies for over 35 years. Active members of ADS, with management of the Aircraft Interiors Special Interest Group.
