Floating Festivals (FF) is headquartered in Philadelphia and offers “floating” (that is, customized and yet portable) arts production, management, and consultation services for neighborhoods throughout the country. FF specializes in full-scale festival productions, as envisioned by the communities hosting each cultural celebration.
