Our firm was originally founded in 1996 by New Jersey Governor James Florio after leaving public office and Michael J. Perrucci, well known as a litigation trial attorney in numerous million dollar federal and state cases. The firm continued to expand over the years bringing on more high-level legal professionals adding Douglas J. Steinhardt, former five-term Mayor of Lopatcong, New Jersey, former New Jersey Republican State Party Chairman, and current New Jersey State Senator; long-term Camden County Commissioner Director Louis Cappelli, Jr.; and Brian R. Tipton, current Managing Partner of the firm and Mayor of Harmony Township, New Jersey as named Partners.
