Once upon a time there was a modern American bakery in the heart of San Francisco. Flour’s pals, Butter, Sugar, Eggs & Milk adorned our walls and hearts. ‘We are so good together’ was our mission ~ meaning the people, ingredients, and hospitality had to come together, in just the right way, each and every day. We baked from scratch, with love and purpose.
While the bakery’s doors have closed, my heart is still filled with the people and warmth of Flour & Co. My passion remains steadfast, but my one dimensional life as a small business owner wasn’t enough. With my husband and two toddlers now at the center, I’m so excited to be able to continue sharing Flour & Co online via a blog for cafe, bakery, or coffee shop owners and for home bakers alike.
