Flowers for Ann was formed in honor of our Founder's grandmother, Ann, after watching her live with Huntington's Disease while in a nursing home. After Ann passed, the full weight of understanding just how isolated some nursing home residents are really hit close to home, and Flowers for Ann was born. We have volunteers all over the US that will send in beautifully handwritten cards that we then distribute to Nursing Homes.
