Assessing the client’s product/service fit with the target market and advising on product / service refinement needs & product / service expansion opportunities. MARKETING AND SALES ACTIVATION Devising and implementing a marketing and sales strategy for clients, which can be around growing existing business and developing new business. In both instances, we focus on building market awareness, targeting specific leads and securing sales. PARTNERSHIPS Flute & Synth is expert at identifying potential partners to accelerate growth for clients. Flute & Synth conducts partner approaches and strategic business development for clients, including for clients who already have established business in region but need to step- change their momentum and strategic engagement with the market.
