PCB design and manufacture At the core of every product these days is a PCB. We specialise in the design, development and production of PCB’s. We listen to your requirements and then advises on the most cost effective design to suit your needs. PCB design is a complex discipline that requires in depth knowledge of design and electronics – a mistake can be very difficult to find until it becomes an extremely costly problem – we remove this by offering our no charge design service. Electronics design and manufacture Establishing a new product is a risky and costly business – our years of experience enable us to reduce this risk dramatically. Not only can we design your board layouts but we can test them to ensure they function as you need them. Flux Rose has invested heavily in surface mount machinery, wire cutting stripping and terminating machinery, automated glue applicator robots and ultrasonic welding equipment.
