FMT:25 Management is a management consultancy business led by Ross Gates (an Architect by profession) set up to draw on 45-years of varied construction industry experience, first as an architect delivering London commercial office developments, then as a project manager working on London commercial & mixed-use developments, followed by over 20-years in senior board-level roles at leading global businesses as client, consultant or major contractor including: Apple Inc (London UK and Cupertino USA); Mace (London, Hertford & Bristol UK and Dubai UAE); MGAC (London UK and Montenegro) and Laing O'Rourke (Dartford, Manchester, CEMC Steetley, Wales & Scotland UK). FMT:25 Management has the particular aim to work with a portfolio of clients on flexible interim, short-term, part-time or programme / project specific assignments across all aspects of property and construction consulting, also drawing on a diverse international experience leading and delivering projects in: Abu Dhabi UAE; Ajman UAE; Bahrain; Belgium; China; Dubai UAE; Egypt; France; Germany; Hong Kong; Italy; Montenegro; The Netherlands; Oman; Switzerland; Turkey and all across the UK.
