Foads Consultancy Services was created in July 2009 to provide consultancy services to the NHS and Private Providers in primary care health informatics and related work.
Experience has included practice managerment, PCT IM&T management, primary care clinical system implementation, managed service implementation.
Roz Foad carries out national health informatics work with the British Computer Society Health Executive (Vice Chair) and the Primary Healthcare Specialist Group (Chair). She has been elected to the ruling Council of UKCHIP www.ukchip.org
Recent projects have included:
Implementation of specialised patient services for a private company under contract to NHS London
Assistance to practices marked as poorly performing under the Banding Scheme
Deployment of EMIS Web data streaming across a whole inner London PCT, including setting up the data sharing agreements with sites outside the practices.
Settiing up an EMIS Web GP Reference panel to address data sharing issues
Rolling out the full clinical version of EMIS Web to an entire PCT (ongoing)
