Who is Folders? We're a family team with a great kiwi story to tell. We started as a small rural retailer in the far north town of Kaitaia. Now, we operate out of one of the largest showrooms in Northland and have a collection centre and offices for our IT team in Auckland. Who says you can't do big things from the tip of New Zealand? We started when a large discount corporate came to town resulting in loss of stores in the high street, downtrodden diversity, lacklustre product offering, and non-existent service. We figured enough was enough and decided to make a difference! It wasn't easy to acquire suppliers or even get fair pricing at first; it took hard work, out-of-the-box thinking, computers and the internet, and some serious persistence. Now that we've been around a while, and enjoyed success, it's never taken for granted. We are committed to the same philosophy that got us here: good old fashioned Kiwi service, integrity, a fantastic product offering and competitive prices. We take these extremely seriously - after all, it's why we get over half a million Kiwi visitors every year, and the numbers just keep growing! We wouldn't have it any other way.
