Folience was created in 2017 to rebrand and diversify a 130 year old family-controlled company that had been concentrated in traditional media holdings. Folience is a 100% ESOP-owned holding company. Today, the Folience holding company includes diversified businesses including traditional media operating assets, creative agency, digital service, a manufacturing company producing custom built emergency vehicles, and a manufacturing company producing high quality horse and livestock trailers. These operating companies thrive with support from our shared services. We continue to add to our portfolio of brands by looking for profitable companies with management continuity, limited complexity, and opportunity for growth. We do not focus on any specific sector.
