Forum MEDays Foundation

Established in 2022 as a non-profit association, the MEDays Forum Foundation was created to ensure the long-term sustainability and strategic development of the MEDays Forum, one of Africa’s leading international conferences on geopolitics, economics, and global diplomacy. Designed to reinforce the Forum’s non-commercial and independent vocation, the Foundation actively contributes to managing the event and promoting its public-interest mission, in close collaboration with the Amadeus Institute. The MEDays Forum, launched in 2008 by Brahim Fassi Fihri, is held annually under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI. It has grown into a major platform for dialogue, gathering Heads of State, government officials, business leaders, academics, and civil society representatives from across the globe. The Forum is deeply rooted in the Global South, promoting South-South cooperation, inclusive diplomacy, and policy solutions to global challenges such as security, economic transformation, climate action, and sustainable development. The Foundation aims to leverage Tangier’s symbolic significance to amplify the Forum’s global influence and ensure its lasting impact on the international stage. The Foundation also manages membership programs and strategic partnerships, bringing together public and private sector actors who actively contribute to shaping the Forum’s agenda. Its objective is to ensure that the Forum remains a catalyst for policy innovation, amplifying the voice of the Global South and offering actionable solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges. With the vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI and the expertise of the Amadeus Institute, the MEDays Forum Foundation continues to position the MEDays as a global platform for thought leadership and multilateral cooperation, reinforcing Tangier’s status as a diplomatic and intellectual capital for global dialogue.
