Institut Amadeus

Founded in 2008 by Brahim Fassi Fihri and based in Rabat, the Amadeus Institute is an independent Moroccan Think Tank and Do Tank, recognized for its leading role in strategic debates and the implementation of concrete initiatives across Africa and internationally. Combining strategic foresight, international advocacy, and operational action, the Institute positions itself as a key player in economic diplomacy, sustainable development, and South-South cooperation. The Amadeus Institute organizes the MEDays Forum annually, one of Africa’s largest diplomatic and economic events, held under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI. The Forum gathers over 7,000 participants from more than 120 countries, including heads of state, political leaders, international experts, and economic operators, to discuss key global and African issues. The MEDays Forum serves both as a platform for strategic dialogue and as a space for concrete action, aimed at strengthening international partnerships and promoting sustainable solutions for the continent’s development. As a Do Tank, the Amadeus Institute goes beyond theoretical reflection to initiate and support high-impact concrete projects. Through its geographic and thematic initiatives, it mobilizes international investors and African decision-makers to accelerate the region’s economic transformation. The Institute also publishes the Amadeus Attractiveness and Stability Indexes in Africa, widely recognized tools providing forward-looking analysis of the continent’s political and economic dynamics. With an extensive international network of partners across Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia, the Amadeus Institute acts as a catalyst for thought and action, contributing to reinforcing Africa’s role in global debates and promoting concrete solutions for inclusive and sustainable growth.
