Foodback

We are a group of changemakers focused in social entrepreneurship and agrifood business. We believe that technology is the future of food and agriculture and Turkey has the potential to become Europe's agrifood hub. Since 2018, we have seen that It is critical for different ecosystem actors to collaborate in order to effect change. This has resulted in the creation of Foodback. 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗖𝗧 We facilitate an open platform for people to create, innovate, and expand their ideas while bridging the gap between food and agriculture ecosystem entrepreneurs, corporate companies, academia and the general public. 𝗡𝗨𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 We organize Challenge Labs to tackle the most common challenges by taking the power of different actors in the food and agriculture sectors, and support impact driven entrepreneurs with Acceleration & Incubation programs. 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗗 We bring entrepreneurs together with investors and funding opportunities in Turkey and EU, and we provide internships abroad with the support of EIT Food RIS Fellowships. 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗪𝗧𝗛 𝗜𝗡 𝗡𝗨𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦 We create change with a network of 1000+ changemakers, 200+ entrepreneurs from different sides of the agrifood sector. Foodback was founded by Impact Hub Istanbul and supported by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) Food since 2018.
