Founded in 2018 by Dr. Fabrice Lubin, FRT was established to create spaces and therapeutic practices that embrace authenticity, cultural richness, and community connection—paving the way for a more inclusive and transformative approach to mental health.
Our diverse team of licensed counselors, psychotherapists, and psychologists is trained to nurture growth and healing through evidence-based therapies for college students, adults, couples, families, and children — eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), parent child relationship therapy (PCIT), internal family systems therapy (IFS), trauma work, gender affirmation, and more.
We also hold a safe space for community interventions and unique events in our Lincoln Park and Wicker Park locations, such as dance parties, conversation series, and workshops.
