Move Therapy and Wellness

Move Therapy and Wellness is a lifestyle practice in the Chicago Lakeview neighborhood that focuses on a holistic path to wellbeing. Psychotherapists, yoga therapists and other holistic health practitioners work together to develop a tailored and individualized path to wellness for each unique client. Move Therapy offers psychotherapy services to teens, young adults and adult clients to address emotional challenges such as anxiety, sadness and depression, issues with self-concept, self-doubt, feelings of being overwhelmed, stuck or hopeless and struggles with identity development as well as relationship struggles. In addition to psychotherapy services, licensed Clinical Psychotherapists collaborate with certified yoga therapists, to design speciality yoga, meditation and mindfulness classes, workshops and educational series to enhance self-awareness skills and to engage the mind/body connection.
