Jentas Books

Jentas A/S is a Danish/Swedish/Icelandic publishing company based in Copenhagen, Denmark. We specialise in fiction, more specifically crime fiction, including detective stories and mysteries, courtroom drama, and legal and psychological thrillers. We also publish a series of fantasy novels that have a huge fanbase. A ‘yenta’ in Yiddish is sometimes thought to be a marriage broker or matchmaker – at Jentas, we want to act as exactly that: the matchmaker between writers and readers. We are passionate about storytelling and we strive to bring entertainment and thrill to our readers in Denmark and Sweden. We have published works in Danish and Swedish by authors Lee Child (The Jack Reacher series), Chris Carter, Tess Gerritsen, Belinda Bauer, Steve Cavanagh, Paul Cleave, and many others.
