I help busy professionals overcome energy crashes, brain fog, and stress-driven health issues by optimizing their nutrition, hormones, and metabolism—so they can stay sharp, feel energized, and perform at their best without relying on caffeine or willpower. As a former corporate employee who spent 10 years in financial and professional services, I understand how the pressure of succeeding and growing in your field can take a toll on your health. After my own struggles with health and nutrition, I went back to school to become a nutritionist. It took a long time, but I obtained my Masters degree, did Supervised Experiential Practice, and passed a Board Exam to become a Certified Nutrition Specialist. I am also a Licensed Dietitian in Delaware, and plan to add more states to this list soon. I offer live corporate wellness webinars (in person or virtually), as well as 1:1 personalized nutrition counseling. Current wellness webinar topics include: 1.
