With over 25 years experience working with adults of all ages with various life stressors, to rehabilitation exercises with 50+ adults, and athletes and firefighters of all ages, Eve brings wisdom, knowledge and life experience to her coaching and consulting. She enjoys getting to know each and every person she is working with so she can help them optimize their health and wellness. She loves to encourage and build the confidence of her clients! Her background in PTSD Peer Support helps her approach each client with a full health and wellness perspective. Most importantly, Eve's Christian beliefs allow her to be empathetic and understanding no matter the circumstances surrounding her client's challenges. With care and compassion and strength, Eve helps her clients improve their life to the fullest. With the help from God and the Holy Spirit, Eve helps her clients build a solid foundation of bible based healthy living.
