For The Women

For the Women (FTW) is a community of female investors and operators who are passionate about challenging the status quo and committed to empowering each other and other women. The mission of the organization is to accelerate learning through shared experiences, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to enable women to achieve their career aspirations. Our members have experience in early- to late-stage private equity and public markets investing, across industries including technology, healthcare, consumer, and transportation.
