Forward Business Sales and Acquisitions is a Sydney based business brokerage that transacts small and medium-sized business sales and acquisitions primarily accessing the Australian Chinese community. We specialise in business acquisitions and equity investments that serve the 188A Business Innovation and Investment migration program. We are licensed to serve NSW and VIC with more than half of our registered business buyers and investors being the Australian Chinese. We also serve the non-Asian demographics that account for around 30% of our buyers. More than half of our buyers invest $300,000 to $600,000. About 25% of our buyers invest up to $5mil. We have our niche in established and scalable businesses in the wholesale distribution, light industrial manufacturing and commercial services sectors that are looking for an exit strategy or raising growth capital.
